[ Catra volunteers for safehouse guard duty a little more these days than she used to, but it's not out of any concern for the welfare of the newbies or a desire to look out for them. Where many of the other Displaced volunteer to help out in the Safehouse out of a sense of doing public good, the same cannot be said for Catra. No, it's because she wants to be the first to know if there's anyone useful in the new recruits she can add to her posse, or if there's anyone come in from her home.

But she doesn't like to make her presence known, unlike some of the other Displaced who volunteer, who hang around and let it be known that they're there to help them settle in. Instead, Catra hangs out in the rafters on her shift, prowling in the shadows, watching and waiting. Not wanting to be spotted or disturbed by some idiot and pestered with a million questions.

So when she sees Glimmer in the Safehouse, she grins to herself. A familiar, taunting voice drifts down to Glimmer from above. ]

Not so powerful now, are you, Sparkles?

[ Catra drops down from her perch on the ceiling, standing before Glimmer in an outfit very reminiscent of her old Horde one, only without all the Horde detailing. Her hair is longer than Glimmer last saw it, but shorter than before it was cut-- a little past her shoulders-- and she stands with the posture of someone absolutely ready to thrown down. ]
