Sort of. It's one of them. Technically there's this place called the Neitherlands which is like the center of the multiverse there and it has a bunch of different fountains that lead to other worlds so really our earth and Fillory are just two examples. Fillory just so happens to be where the magic Wellspring is for the universe and the place we ended up kind of being responsible for. And there's a handful of different ways to travel between them, usually portals or a teleporter "traveler" magician. I've never met the equivalent of a Christian god, but we've met others.
