as much as he would love to rattle about the twisty turviness of his life to someone right now, he can't exactly compel them to forget or, you know, snap their necks. well, no— he can still totally snap their necks, but it's probably not a good idea to start killing people for funsies when he just arrived here not all too long ago.

man, it would really make him feel better though! less antsy and fidgety, and bottomless pit-y. like a stress ball that could sing (or, in this case, crack).

(also, is bottomless pit an emotion? because if it isn't, then it really should be one.)

anyway, he doesn't have access to magic here and, even if this city was brimming with it, he can't siphon anymore. it's... conflicting how that makes him feel, so he's just going to ignore the black mass of complicated that's bubbling up inside of him with every single little reminder.

What is the craziest thing you've eaten here? I just had the slimiest wrap ever. It tasted kind of like jelly, if jelly came in pink bubblegum flavor and had the same consistency with unidentifiable meat chunks in it.
