Not around here.
[ Or at least not in the circles he frequents. He hasn't much call to use it since Ginia left. ]
Even back home, it's not that common. But I had family who didn't talk.
[ There's a long story as to why. But they had to get workarounds, when their radios weren't good enough, and so the whole squad learned. ]
