Hi everyone! It's the end of the year already, somehow! We're glad that we've all somehow made it, despite how rough this year has been, and we hope everyone can end it on a decent note.

Without further ado,

◉ here's the December calendar, which provides a quick rundown of the month. There isn't much beyond OOC dates this month, but it's a good reference if you want to keep track of when things will be happening.

◉ The Arrival Log is up, and those who will be coming into Meadowlark's world for the first time will be waking up to a very interesting set of circumstances! Please let us know if you have any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time on the moon.

◉ The Arrival Log, plus the Quarry Log that will be taking place alongside it, are what will wrap up the year for all of us. We hope that you enjoy the plot revelations and other tidbits that you can play with, and we as a mod team are very excited for what the future of Meadowlark will hold! More about that can be found in the OOC notes at the end of each log.

◉ For a rundown of everything that's happened so far in game, check out our The Story So Far page. This guy is your big ctrl+f friend. It needs updates for the past couple months, so we'll try to get to that at some point (most likely in January).

◉ Check out our Setting Page for any ideas you might need about the world at large!

◉ We also recommend that you look over our JOBS PAGE and LOCATION PAGE to get the brain moving. As a quick note: everyone can add and create new locations for New Amsterdam (and develop other megacities)! We'll always review them and reach out to you if any changes need to be made.

NAME: Marian Hawke
CANON: Dragon Age
JOURNAL: championofsnark
POWER: Blood manipulation
JOB: She works with Morningstar and also at a work out gym called BLOK and is often at the fighting rings too.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: Hawke was a horrible spoiled ass sociopath Cardinal. She's cruel af and ready to kill some commoners. Generally she parties, drinks, but low key is very aware of the status quo as a Cardinal and secretly puts work into keeping their secrets. She's irritated.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: She will be starting out ready for the quarry attack but then go running for the volary and the gods. Not sure if she'll find anyone there or try to murder folks, kind of up for grabs there.
AREAS OF INTEREST: Outside of the AU Hawke is finally getting involved more actively in plot and using her efforts that way. She's mostly just friendly and chill.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: Hawke is super friendly and nice once she's back to herself. People can remember her from this event as being a cold hearted vicious evil person tho.
OVERALL GOALS: Getting past the AU, mostly I think Hawke won't have much issue with her other self as they're so different outside of being like wow she was the worst fuck that. She'll be a little awkward at the people she remembers sleeping with but not that much, outside of Cassandra.
