He's starting to think about what it would be like to fight her himself, but that desire is outweighed by the dread of having to kill a woman. He prefers not to, if it's avoidable. Perhaps one day they can spar. ]


I've fought many battles in my time, so you don't have to go lecturing me about strategy. After all, that's what it means to be a hero, right? They have to remain the sole focus of the enemy.

There's no other way of attaining true sacred glory if you're skulking around in the back. I'll always lead the charge, which is why I wouldn't be volunteering to be one of your underlings anyway. But, if it's fighting as your equal, I wouldn't mind that.

[ Things are different now that he is completely mortal, however. He does have to be careful, thinking ahead rather than rushing through the enemy and killing as many as he can as fast as possible. ]
