jemma hates the sound of that laugh from him, but the rest of it, the way he's acting, speaking, it's fitz. ]

and then it settles. settles enough that she can take a breath without crying, that she can drop her hands. ]
Two years? [ she guesses it could be possible. that movement through time, the different ways it moves through space. there are theories now, too, about possible travel. about ways to move a physical being through another realm and showing back up at a different place along the timeline.
