my perception from the calendar update is that our first order of business will need to be putting in a plot engagement about like ... here are two ppl who intend to turn this into a functional shop again, what does it need and how long would that likely take them? bc they'll need the resources/tools/space ready before she can start doing client poaching (i have a tendency to get ahead of myself and jump to step 3 in plot engagement and then have to back up to step 1 lol so this is not necessarily a surprising development to me)
