Seems like a common way, but not the only way. Probably because fighting is a stress factor. Apparently meditation works just as well.
I heard people lose powers when they end up here. It's something I don't know much about since it's not a thing in my world.
[Now on the other hand, technology? Her world is flush with it and she has no qualms with all her nanotech working here.]
