Let's link "September" by Earth, Wind, and Fire because we could all use some of that, huh? Welcome to September, friends. Hope you're doing okay.

So, here we go!

POWER: emotional attacks (currently undiscovered)
JOB: bumming on quentin's couch. it's a job! no, he's currently looking.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: penny was brand new last month so he spent it mostly trying to get his feet underneath him, learning about how new amsterdam worked, looking for jobs, bothering quentin, that kind of thing. he drank a lot too.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: getting gainfully employed, discovering his power, drinking some more, meeting more people
AREAS OF INTEREST: tba. i'm not really sure what penny might be into just yet. he's going to help his friends above anything else so whatever they're into right now.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: right now, he mostly hangs out around quentin and eliot's apartment, red wings for the booze and then he'll go out occasionally to enjoy the nightlife. he's not a hugely social person but he's not a recluse either. he goes out and has fun.
OVERALL GOALS: i really just want to get him a job and for him to figure out his power so he can get mad and knock people off their feet.

NAME: marcos diaz

POWER: fear manipulation
JOB: right now, he's a tech at pulsar but he's also working on getting a soup kitchen/safe space set up in new amsterdam.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: last month, marcos focused on helping people during the event. he let people who have more skills than him fight and he just got people to safety, got them food, that sort of thing. after losing so many people and going through that, he's pretty much decided that he wants to help more than he already does so he's started the ball rolling on establishing a soup kitchen for new amsterdam citizens. he also finally upgraded his ability to something a little more offensive so he can be of more help when things happen.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: he's going to continue to reach out to various sources to see what they can offer to help him get his stuff going on. he's reached out on the network for any displaced that wants to help but he'll continue to chat one on one too.

but also, he wants to travel. he's really stayed only in new amsterdam and he thinks it's about time to change that.
AREAS OF INTEREST: really, not to be a broken record but it's just helping people who continaully go through shit when new amsterdam decides to blow a gasket.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: he's out and about a lot. you'll see him if you work at pulsar, of course, but he spends a lot of time in the red light district and he'll be around town too, checking out empty buildings or meeting with connections.
OVERALL GOALS: right now, getting his soup kitchen established and maybe possibly moving up at pulsar finally.
