Hey there gang, it looks like it's February, which is … right before March? How'd we hit March again? More Twitter jokes to be found here. Well, let's jump right into it.

◉ Right here is the February calendar. There's a little bit of aftermath from the Aerie in there, along with information about New Amsteram's new animal friends. Our calendar is a springboard for plots that people may be interested in, so feel free to grab something if it suits the character!

◉ That said, there are a few outstanding plots if people are interested! The Kestrels, which are an extremist rebel group, need some direction. There's the colonies (and spaaaaaaaace opportunities), as well as the Special Investigation Task Force. There are a few plots also in the works, most notably heading off to North America and Quentin's quest, involving picking up artifacts at the ruins.

◉ The Arrival Log is live! We've clarified a few things, so please check out the summary of events! This is also the time of the Insomniac's Ball, and the new head of the cult, Nirvana. There's a section to ask her questions, for anyone who's interested.

◉ And remember if you need to poke around, there's always The Story So Far page. CTRL + F to your heart's content.

◉ Check out our Setting Page which contains some updates to the colonies, the wildlife, as well as the AI section. That's not all inclusive, but you get the drift!

◉ If you need some fresh ideas, please feel free to take a look at the JOBS PAGE and LOCATION PAGE for inspiration. As a quick note: everyone can add and create new locations for New Amsterdam (and develop other megacities)! We'll always review them and reach out to you if any changes need to be made.

i'm totally canon blind to the expanse (it's on my list!), BUT may i present this giant guy, maine. he is:
- a 7-foot-tall space marine!
- a fan of fighting as a release!
- also a fan of punching his way through his problems!
- currently assisting in manual labor around the city!
- and his power, feral mind, is basically a berserker ability /fingerguns

SO YEAH, it seems like they'd have some stuff in common! i'll toss him at amos' top-level if that sounds interesting to you ♥

oh boy oh boy. Have I been eyeing Maine? Yes. Have I had the slightest clue about how to approach you about him? No. Am I delighted in that case that you hit me up first? yes

am I also canonblind, yes but it's all good!! Especially with all they already have in common :')

(Although I should probably specify that Amos is 5'11, it's a common assumption - including in people who have actually watched The Expanse haha - that's he bigger than he actually is. He isn't even the tallest main cast member! He just has that ~vibe.)
