DECEMBER CR MEME
Hi everyone! It's the end of the year already, somehow! We're glad that we've all somehow made it, despite how rough this year has been, and we hope everyone can end it on a decent note.
Without further ado,
◉ here's the December calendar, which provides a quick rundown of the month. There isn't much beyond OOC dates this month, but it's a good reference if you want to keep track of when things will be happening.
◉ The Arrival Log is up, and those who will be coming into Meadowlark's world for the first time will be waking up to a very interesting set of circumstances! Please let us know if you have any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time on the moon.
◉ The Arrival Log, plus the Quarry Log that will be taking place alongside it, are what will wrap up the year for all of us. We hope that you enjoy the plot revelations and other tidbits that you can play with, and we as a mod team are very excited for what the future of Meadowlark will hold! More about that can be found in the OOC notes at the end of each log.
◉ For a rundown of everything that's happened so far in game, check out our The Story So Far page. This guy is your big ctrl+f friend. It needs updates for the past couple months, so we'll try to get to that at some point (most likely in January).
◉ Check out our Setting Page for any ideas you might need about the world at large!
◉ We also recommend that you look over our JOBS PAGE and LOCATION PAGE to get the brain moving. As a quick note: everyone can add and create new locations for New Amsterdam (and develop other megacities)! We'll always review them and reach out to you if any changes need to be made.

JOB: Harley might not be looking for gainful employment at the top so much as she'll be keeping her ear to the ground and maybe seeing where she can apply her rather unique set of skills, but she's not opposed to getting involved with some particularly unsavory characters if anyone has an in for her on something a little... seedier.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: N/A
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: Really just getting settled, meeting people both outside the AU and once everyone's linked up again; I have no in-depth wishes apart from wanting her to meet as many new people as possible and she's relatively easy to throw at anyone because she has no concept of boundaries and will gladly dominate any conversation over a more taciturn type. Come clubbing with her! Accompany her on a shopping trip!
AREAS OF INTEREST: I'm really into the idea of diverse and varied CR as a player — the wider, the better. This is a character who's prone to negative CR for sure if you don't mind that, but she also manages to endear herself to other people in the same vein so it really depends on how they gel together. A few specifics I'd love to explore in game in terms of CR types to bounce her off of: fellow criminals, fellow slightly reformed criminals, bad boys and girls, people who want an enabler to show them how to loosen up and have a good time, people who want to see if they can catch her in a more vulnerable moment, people she can try to wear down with her sparkling personality and/or shameless flirting, folks who might be interested in being psychoanalyzed at random, more hero types, more non-humans! You name it, I probably want it.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: She's very forward and won't hesitate to approach anyone, so we can always skip intros there or just assume she's already at least semi-annoyed your character (apologies in advance to anyone who has to be stuck on arrivals with her).
OVERALL GOALS: Plot! Come at me! I am genuinely open to whatever and really just operate under the philosophy of "let's smash these two internet barbies together and see what happens" most of the time.

I think she and Sam would be fun CR--he's a criminal treasure hunter with a similarly Annoying Accent and endless time to flirt with pretty girls. And he spends a whole lot of time bumming around the bar his baby brother manages, so there's plenty of opportunity to run into each other once the AU stuff's over. They're both the kind of characters you sort of wind up and let go, and fun shit inevitably happens. :D

WELL if there’s a bar to hang out in consider her there and willing to flirt and drink; I’d love to see what happens when they inevitably drift into each other’s orbit because I imagine it will be beautiful chaos
