Hi everyone! It's the end of the year already, somehow! We're glad that we've all somehow made it, despite how rough this year has been, and we hope everyone can end it on a decent note.

Without further ado,

◉ here's the December calendar, which provides a quick rundown of the month. There isn't much beyond OOC dates this month, but it's a good reference if you want to keep track of when things will be happening.

◉ The Arrival Log is up, and those who will be coming into Meadowlark's world for the first time will be waking up to a very interesting set of circumstances! Please let us know if you have any questions, and we hope you enjoy your time on the moon.

◉ The Arrival Log, plus the Quarry Log that will be taking place alongside it, are what will wrap up the year for all of us. We hope that you enjoy the plot revelations and other tidbits that you can play with, and we as a mod team are very excited for what the future of Meadowlark will hold! More about that can be found in the OOC notes at the end of each log.

◉ For a rundown of everything that's happened so far in game, check out our The Story So Far page. This guy is your big ctrl+f friend. It needs updates for the past couple months, so we'll try to get to that at some point (most likely in January).

◉ Check out our Setting Page for any ideas you might need about the world at large!

◉ We also recommend that you look over our JOBS PAGE and LOCATION PAGE to get the brain moving. As a quick note: everyone can add and create new locations for New Amsterdam (and develop other megacities)! We'll always review them and reach out to you if any changes need to be made.

NAME:
CANON: Red vs. Blue
JOURNAL: requiemshark
POWER: Projected Thermography - the power to imprint marks onto surfaces without the need of scribing tools. He can paint on stuff without touching it.
JOB: He does security at Red Wings and is a regular on the fight club circuit.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: Got stuck in the AU and ended up as a professional artist. And will now have to deal with the upcoming shitshow of all his AU relationships, so that's going to be fun.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: Nothing specific at the moment.
AREAS OF INTEREST: Furthering CR opportunities and meeting new people. Come at me.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: He hangs out a lot at the fight clubs and has probably eyeballed everyone who comes into Red Wings at least once. In the AU, he's at pretty much every party and has his own gallery space.
OVERALL GOALS: More CR opportunities, positive and negative! He's got some deep friendships and connections that are going in interesting directions, but I would love to throw him at some new characters and see what happens. He'd also be interesting in finding more sparring partners, people to talk about art with, or possibly discussing power armor. He has a set of in-universe body armor that he stole from one of the mercenaries way back when, but it is not his beloved power armor.
