Only legal things unfortunately, but Sniper will definitely come check Hei out when he's free. ~A killer can always smell another killer~, as they like to say, especially when on of those killers publicly goes to jail for murder.

If Hei's looking to open his own business, Sniper might be able to help with a startup loan.

hei'll be pretty recognizable which is just... so funny because he's going to hate that passionately but there's no way around it — he's starting up with the really shitty chinese food restaurant though, some scummy hole-in-the-wall, and i think their' new drug family buds might be giving it to him for the front BUT
