So, here we go!

JOB: Clarke does the following: she works as a medical assistant, helps co-run Red Wings, and volunteers for PRESERVE. She is also a student. No, she does not sleep regularly. One of these is going to go in the future, possibly with her unable to juggle it all and possibly with someone realizing that she's doing this to repent for her past, so I'm looking for it to be a CR-related thing.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: Last month:

→ Clarke settled back into her life, and started doing more Red Wings stuff.
→ Went to the music festival! She danced with Gene and had a good time with OA.
→ She also picked up her BFFL, Bellamy Blake, and proceeded to help him get settled in.
→ She also went to the charity auction! I don't mind late tags here. She also won a date with Klaus, so that would probably be common knowledge.

PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH:

→ If not for the next month, I want to begin to have people notice that Clarke is pushing herself too hard by juggling too many plates, and perhaps begin to wonder about why she is doing that. The reason is: she feels like she needs to do as much as she's doing because of personal responsibility, having no chill, and wanting to Do Better. But things are going to suffer as a result.
→ I also want to deal with some of Clarke's heavier issues through an open log with some dreams and memory sharing. My goal is to set up a log where this begins to come out and people have to grapple with it. Some things that could come out:

1. That Clarke caused the genocide of an entire people.
2. That Clarke left her best friend to die after attempting to murder his sister.
3. The number of times Clarke has walked away from her people.
4. Why she's called Wanheda. She tells people about this from time to time ICly, but I want it to be dealt with in a very visual way. "Wanheda" means "Commander of Death," and it's a title she bears from the beginning of season three onward.
5. Why she's pushing herself so hard and the number of times she's decided to just die because people would be better off without her, as well as how this ties into her hallucinations of seeing herself as a cancer that needs to be cut loose.

These come with some pretty heavy themes: suicidal ideation, genocide, and even child abuse! But I want to mix things up, especially since Clarke is so stable. I welcome new CR who's not been exposed to her in a lot of ways, too.

AREAS OF INTEREST:

→ Leadership and long-term role: Clarke has been with the game since the beginning. She knows a lot and can relay a lot of information to anyone. She is also spearheading the bar with Stephen, so there will be areas there where she is people's boss. Clarke is the type of person you want as your leader in times of crisis because she will shoulder it all. She is likely going to be a terrible boss when it comes to actual capitalistic endeavors.

→ Red Wings: Clarke and Stephen Strange both run the bar! You can see the information on this here. Stephen is a little more hands on than Clarke because she's doing too much and is going to crumble under the weight of it all.

→ Charitable Stuff: Clarke is beginning to grow frustrated with how charity doesn't actually help most of the people in the world. She's doing her best to work with PRESERVE, but she's puzzled that there are goods in the world for people but not given to them when they're in need of it.

→ Medical stuff: Clarke can bandage someone up and I can pretend I know a single lick of anything about medicine. I don't. But good news: neither do the writers on The 100.

HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES:

→ Medical things! If the thread is just a quick patch up, we can easily handwave this.

→ Being here since day one, Clarke can help with knowing if someone else's CR has been around before, as long as they've been on the network.

→ Red Wings: If your character works at Red Wings, they know who Clarke is!

OVERALL GOALS: Clarke's goal is to get the power to rewrite the reality of this world into a better place (specifically: the planet itself so that it's not dying) so that she can bring her people to it afterward. This is a massive goal, but Clarke loves thinking she can do whatever she tries to set her mind to.

POWER: Shadow transmutation (upgrades: turn shadow water into a potion, create shadow clones that can go out, seek information, and collapse into an element, sending the information back to him).
JOB: Riku is a trainee in the police force! I definitely want CR here, especially since there are plotting opportunities that I can't take on (since I'm a mod).
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH:

♥ Once I got off of hiatus, Riku went looking for Rey. He's being fairly demanding of Kylo Ren, and he's shown up where Rey is hiding to try to bring her back home.

♥ Still threading out Sora and Riku's Valentine's Day date.

♥ He went to the music festival! He mostly tried to help people come back home, and is trying to help with the settling in process.

♥ He's working with people on the Welcome Committee.

PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH:

♥ Like with Clarke, I want to begin to dig into some of the darker aspects of Riku's past, as well as some of the issues that he's gone through to get to this point. Riku's issues are a lot less heavy in comparison to the horror show that The 100 can be at times, but I'd like the following to come out:

1. What he did to Roxas (came up with a plan to remove his autonomy and identity so he could justify snatching him and putting him back with Sora).
2. What he did to his home (destroyed it).
3. Some of his angst in wondering if some of the bad guys look the way they do because they're just older versions of him.
4. His viciousness in approaching his Replica and his ongoing angst dealing with that.
5. That he used to be a broody angst lord and how he handled that.
6. Hints that Sora is dead! I'd like to seed this a bit before I canon update him to realizing that being at home hasn't helped in finding out what happened to his best friend.

This can come out via Memory Share or Dreams. The latter would be necessary for new CR, but I'm very, very open to it.

♥ My goal, like with Clarke, is to do an open log dealing with this!

AREAS OF INTEREST:

♥ Getting his fellow kids to go to school without actually Going to School. Everyone is pretend aged up to 18, so he started a homework program. I'm debating a network post with this if people think it's the right time! I always have a hard time determining how many people would want to be brought in on this, so let me know/

♥ His personal goal is to find out what's Wrong with this world. He's interested in a lot of dream business and figuring out what's going on there, and thus finding the keyhole and (nonsense Kingdom Hearts business).

♥ He's joined the police force! His goal is to find a way to protect people and be a good dude.

♥ Find a way to get everyone home (who wants to go)!

♥ He sympathizes with El (because El did some Bad Shit in the past) and is his number one fan. El probably didn't agree to this. I have not had him join Morningstar yet.

♥ Riku is extremely evenhanded and good at seeing multiple points of view. I'm really interested in more opportunities where he can butt up against someone else's point of view and then work to understand it.

♥ He's also good for talking through redemption arcs or understanding where someone's coming from. Or seeing how someone could be redeemed if someone else doesn't understand.

♥ He's also just Chill, but in a way where it's forcibly so. He's mastered it in a lot of ways, but his mind is constantly threatening to undermine his chill and find a way to eat at it. Want to learn … positive … and productive reframing and rethinking tools? Kingdom Hearts made an entire game to ensure Riku learned those great CBT strategies. I wish I was kidding (not that it's phrased that way).

HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES:

♥ The homework club is probably not fun to RP out, but we can make it happen!

♥ Find Riku alongside the river. He likes water a lot.

OVERALL GOALS: More friendships and more about Riku being more comfortable in his skin while challenging who he was before and who he is now. Riku is, generally, in a very good place mentally, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have flaws or blindspots, especially when it comes to his friends. Sometimes his chill is forced, too.

AREAS OF INTEREST: Honestly, Kenzi is just kind of a go with the flow and get into whatever comes her way kind of character. If she makes friends with someone that is persuing a certain thing she'll probably help out with that.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: She can probably be found at the safehous for the time being, as well the fighting pits and Red Wings.

PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: Continue to be a sassy lost gremlin child. Find a real job??

AREAS OF INTEREST:
1) Catra is thinking about starting up a sort of Brotherhood Of Mutants style house for herself a bunch of the displaced, but would probably need at least 8 or so people to go in on it with her! She's lived in military barracks all her life, so living in an apartment is bringing her down, but the safehouse is *nasty*, yo.

2) Catra's also on the hunt for other people with mental abilities, so she can test out the limits of her own and figure out what range of them exists in the displaced, since they're not as obvious as the physical abilities most seem to have. Let me know if that sounds up your alley!

HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: If your character frequents the Fight Club sene, they've *almost* certainly seen her around, if not seen one of her fights. She's been a regular there for several months at this point, and is building up quite the reputation for herself. She's a divisive figure, either loved or hated, because she puts on a good show and is super dramatic in trash-talking her opponents during any given match.

OVERALL GOALS: OOCly, I'd like to find ways to get Catra to open up to people, but that's been real difficult since typically Catra doesn't really do "opening up." No mortifying ordeal of being known, only rewards of being loved, thanks. But the toll of having Adora here and not remembering anything is really starting to wear her down, so if you want to have Catra just McFreaking Lose It at your character one day, hit me up.

JOB: His current job is Assistant Gallery Manager of a yet to be named art gallery. He's surprisingly good at his job. He has one of my most fun recurring jokes in a philandering boss who's never around. But, he does good work. Goes to the parties.
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH:

Klaus acclimated to having his power halved to that of an olympic athlete as well as the other aspects of being a vampire being diminished. He did not take them well at first going on a three day or so bender. He posited to the network that there is more to being Displaced and they may be repeating history. He also reached out to other brain surgery participants and gathered some more information on Johannes. He invited Tim Gutterson to a charity gala thrown by Caroline Forbes and Clarke won him in a bachelor auction the next night. At the gala Klaus saw something new in Tim, something he hadn't seen before. After spending a day making preparations for a trip abroad with Ginia, Klaus made good on his date with Clarke, drank his sorrows quietly away at Red Wings (only the one bottle) and whisked Ginia off to Casablanca in order to get away. Unbeknownst to those he's closest to, Hope was sent home and he hasn't told anyone yet.

PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: Klaus will be taking another, more lengthy, trip to New Beijing with Tim in tow. The details of which are being ironed out, but they're getting in good with Morningstar in order to delve into this business of kids being taken away from their families. Their aim will be reuniting them. It's also a metaphorical way of dealing with losing his daughter and Kol whom up and vanished.
AREAS OF INTEREST: One thing on hold is the mystery of Johanne and Cassius as Klaus still wants revenge. But, Klaus will provide any and all information necessary up to and including the means of his and Hope's torture and what he and Hope are.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: He brings not-abysmal clothing to the safe house, drinks at Red Wings, used to stalks daughters' whereabouts and apartment complex. This past month, he started to go to the gym regularly. He can also be found at the various art galleries, museums, and small cafes.
OVERALL GOALS: Currently, his in game goal is to ignore anything and everything and accomplish something he can get his hands on. In this case, investigate New Beijing and reunite children with their families! Outside of game, he will be sure to be active on the network and in characters' inboxes. Maybe on the character intros.
ANYTHING ELSE: Gifless, today! Deal with it.

POWER: Neural Programming - currently he can read & speak into minds, identify individual minds by their unique ~neural signature~, and manage basic mind control on an action-by-action basis.
JOB: Stephen is the co-owner of the Displaced-owned and staffed sports bar Red Wings! Any displaced who asks for a job will get hired so if you want a quick and easy CR route hop on over. (He also occasionally performs as a Mentalist as a side hustle, almost exclusively to keep his cooltalk following alive and well.)
SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: Stephen's been:

- surviving business ownership in the temporary absence of the majority of his workforce
- researching his power in the empty safehouse under the bar where he lives alone
- attending the both recent charity events, also alone
- getting real mad about one specific rich person

PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: More of the same. The bulk of his life is Red Wings now and he's going to start making the most of it to pay more attention to existing CR and building new relationships with newer displaced. Which is to say I'm very open to anything! He also has plans to start getting back involved with interrogating the mystery of how and why they're here, the chest glow, etc.

AREAS OF INTEREST:
1. MAGIC he needs to chat magic with more people, including in the context of all the in-game symbolism.

2. Overall he's incredibly invested in the collective wellbeing of the displaced and will start to make more of an effort to be accessible to the group at large going forward.

3. He's also Morningstar and does care quite a bit about their outreach work, though he doesn't have much time to go out in the field. But he'll start paying more attention to ways people are trying to help the locals to see if there's anything he can do to contribute soon!

HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES:

- he's been around since day one so is willing and able to answer questions and fill in details of their collective experience here. he always makes himself available to new arrivals during their 4 day out of action phase for this purpose.

- it's not as frequent as it once was but Stephen makes an effort to visit the safehouse once a week or so, usually to stand in the kitchen brewing tea which he then transports to the medical room and hangs out in there for a couple of hours in case anybody needs any medical advice or wants to learn some basic first aid.

- the bar! he's here 90% of his life, chances are good you've seen him if you've visited (and you've definitely had to put up with him if you work there)

- if he stumbles across a displaced cooltalk he follows it, so cooltalk interactions and people witnessing his Business Website (Dr. Stephen Strange: Mentalist, available for children's parties) and the thirst comments left on some of his posts (primarily by parents) is free game.

OVERALL GOALS: To be a valuable resource to the displaced (and to Gaby, and by extension Morningstar and this universe in general), to get to the bottom of All Of This at some point and help them all to regain their agency while ensuring no horrible tears are ripped in the fabric of the multiverse.
ANYTHING ELSE: pov: you work at the bar. you're having fun. you turn around.

SUMMARY OF LAST MONTH: Baaaaasically nothing except trying to get some ground work done for his superhero team idea. Damian's keeping largely to himself and trying to do a lot of this himself! because he recently had an arm sawed off by a rich psychopath with very little anesthesia and is really struggling with what that's done to him psychologically.
PLANS FOR THE NEXT MONTH: continuing to lay the groundwork for the justice league (name pending) and cope with his new prosthetic arm. damian doesn't deal with feeling powerless very well and will probably continue to not deal with it particularly well as he channels his energy into something else, at the expense of everything else in his life. he's going to be focused on building a base of operations and probably with trying to create scrambler masks that suit his purposes. the only thing he feels good or confident at is being a hero so he's throwing his whole self into doing that, whereras his social confidence is shot and he doesn't know what to do. he'll probably be limiting how much he's on the network and what he actually says on it, since he's more or less convinced he's a fuckup and can't do anything right and the less he talks the less people will see it.

he's probably been withdrawing from people more and will probably continue to do so as he listens to that little voice in his head that tells him he's not good enough and will never be good enough for anyone, so why is he bothering at all? tragic stuff. someone please drag him out of his own head before he puts on a cowl and never takes it off.

he's putting the maeda family in his crosshairs and will probably come out publicly with what they've done to him once he has a little more information and a better idea of what the fuck to do about them. since, like, at this point aoi maeda is literally a batman villain and he's not convinced she's not crazy enough to start mass murdering to make a point.

AREAS OF INTEREST: Diana is working on Justice League things with Damian, is investigating the shrine artist, and does a lot of charity work around the city. She'll also be venturing out to other megacities now that the gates are open.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: I'm down for handwaving first-time meetings! Diana spends a lot of time in the displaced bar (Red Wings), in the arts/culture district, at the safe house, and at various restaurants around the city. She also goes out at night to stop petty crime (theft, assault, etc.) but may be expanding these activities in the future. She currently has the Lasso of Hestia and her Bracers of Submission!
OVERALL GOALS: Diana has spent a lot of time trying to build up a life/persona so she can try and work her way into the higher-up social circles to gain information on who might have brought the displaced to NA and why. • He has a complicated history with Carolina (leaderboards), Wash (hardwearing), and Ephemera (requiemshark), much of which he hasn't lived because he's from about 10 years earlier than them. So, hopefully he'll start getting that sorted!

AREAS OF INTEREST: Right now, I'm primarily interested in chucking Maine at different characters and seeing what sticks. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ (Very specific, I know.) He has kept all of his relics and soonish they will start gllowing.
AREAS OF INTEREST: The overall arching plot probably. He is very curious about why they are all there and what this means with destiny. Dealing with his death instead of not dealing with it. Learning about his power which I have to do.

AREAS OF INTEREST: faith has been going hard at trying to look at this warehouse that cassius gave her information on because she wants to get her slayer powers back. it's the only thing that makes her feel worth anything, so. she's probably going to try to get close to lynch in order to use those resources to get more information on who that warehouse could have belonged to. to that end, i put together this doc to help ppl keep track of political information and facilitate pushing plot stuff there. NOTE i'm debaaaaating moving towards a plot where faith tries to sell out the displaced to lynch, but i'm only interested if it sounds appealing to others to engage with that, so consider this an interest check on (1) supporting, (2) stopping faith from doing that?

AREAS OF INTEREST: I’d like for him to learn more about Morningstar and hopefully get into more of a career that he’s used to-- mainly, mercenary work. I’d also like him to get an opportunity to realize/potentially evolve his healing powers, because he still doesn’t realize he has them.
HANDWAVED CR OPPORTUNITIES: Wade’s pretty much got a steady shift at Red Wings, so if your character either works there or frequents there as a customer, odds are he’s caught sight of them more than once. He also is a regular at the fighting pits, so your character has probably seen a lot of him there.
